Account Coordinator

Job Description

Looking for an organized, professional and friendly Account Coordinator to join our fast-growing (Inc 5000) luxury skincare startup. Daily roles and responsibilities include customer interfacing and liaising with internal teams and systems. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills and a keen eye for detail. We are headquartered in LA and this role will be based in the Pacific time zone. Must have skincare experience.


  • Act as primary point of contact with customers
  • Help turn customer inbound into qualified leads for the sales team
  • Communicate with clients about new offers, deals, products, and services
  • Update client databases and maintain client information
  • Contribute in strategic decision-making discussions with other internal departments


  • Minimum high school degree or equivalent; strongly preferred Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
  • 3+ years in sales, customer service, marketing, account management, or related field
  • Proficiency in MS office and strong computer skills
  • Must be detail-oriented, self-motivated and with strong critical thinking
  • Must have excellent written communication and time management skills
  • Must have excellent soft skills for interfacing with customers and internal teams
  • Should have solid numerical skills for helping process orders and evaluate and prioritize inbound opportunities
  • Full time. $70-$80k salary
