Return Policy



We will not be accepting returns, exchanges or refunds for orders placed after March 1, 2021. All sales are final. Le Prunier reserves the right to refuse all returns.

If you purchased before March 1, 2021, you may return your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund (excluding return shipping fees). For a refund, approximately 60% or more of the product must be remaining in the original container.

Please address your return shipment to the address above and apply the necessary postage. We recommend saving your tracking number and requesting a tracking receipt as we cannot provide a refund for items that are lost in the mail and that have no proof of tracking. Follow the instructions below and ship by insured Parcel Post to ensure prompt delivery. Kindly note, shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. For all other order related inquiries, please notify us within 10 days of receiving your order at 

Damages, Lost & Stolen Orders

Le Prunier is proud to partner with Route, the leader in package protection and tracking solutions. By selecting Route at checkout your order will be protected from damage, loss*, or theft. In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. We are excited to offer this service to you and we highly recommend you use Route package protection at checkout.

*Claims for packages marked "delivered" yet not received and where there is no evidence of “porch piracy” must be made 5 days after “delivery date” but no longer than 15 days to ensure it was not incorrectly delivered or easily found around the premises. Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.



  1. Where do you ship? We offer free USPS shipping on all orders in the United States over $50 and free USPS shipping on international orders over $140. The customer is responsible for any shipping, import duties, taxes or any other government charges. 

  2. When will my order ship? Orders are processed within 1-2 business days unless otherwise noted. Depending upon the shipping method selected upon checkout, orders can take anywhere from 2-14 business days to arrive in the U.S. Due to the ongoing global health crisis, processing and shipping times may be delayed further. Processing times may also be extended during holiday times, launches/re-stocks, and promotions.

  3. Will I receive tracking information? Orders are processed within 1-2 business days unless otherwise noted. Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirming your tracking information. If you are having problems with tracking, please email us at

  4. How long does it take to process a return? Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
