Return Policy

We want you to love your Le Prunier products. If something isn't quite right, we're happy to help. You can start a return or exchange here within 21 days of shipment.

What's eligible

Unopened or lightly used products in new condition may be returned or exchanged within 21 days of your shipment date. Returns and exchanges can be initiated online.

What's not eligible

  • Plum Beauty Oil Made Safe and Plum Beauty Oil Reserve — due to the high demand and nature of these products, all sales are final.

  • Any gift sets, kits, or bundles containing Plum Beauty Oil

  • Minis
  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards (nonrefundable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash)

  • Hand-poured candles, due to their limited nature (if your candle arrives defective, please contact us at info@leprunier.com and we'll replace it)

Where you purchased matters

We can only process returns and exchanges for items purchased directly from Le Prunier. We have wonderful relationships with our retail partners, so if you purchased your product elsewhere, please reach out to that retailer directly for assistance and information on their return policy.

Shipping and processing fees

If a package is returned to Le Prunier due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or because the customer was unavailable for delivery or pickup, Le Prunier is not responsible for return or redelivery shipping fees. All other returned orders may be subject to processing fees.

 SHIPPING FAQ

  1. Where do you ship? We offer free USPS shipping on all orders in the United States over $150 and free USPS shipping on international orders over $140. The customer is responsible for any shipping, import duties, taxes or any other government charges. 

  2. When will my order ship? Orders are processed within 1-2 business days unless otherwise noted. Depending on the shipping method selected upon checkout, orders can take anywhere from 2-14 business days to arrive. Delivery times may be extended during holidays, launches/re-stocks, or promotions.

  3. Will I receive tracking information? Orders are processed within 1-2 business days unless otherwise noted. Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirming your tracking information. If you are having problems with tracking, please email us at info@leprunier.com.
