RETURNS, DAMAGES, LOST & STOLEN ORDERS
Due to the high demand and the nature of our product, we do not offer refunds. All sales are final.
If a package is returned to Le Prunier due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer, or if the customer was not available for the delivery or the pickup of the order, Le Prunier is not responsible for return or redelivery shipping fees.
Damages, Lost & Stolen Orders
Le Prunier is proud to partner with Route, the leader in package protection and tracking solutions. By selecting Route at checkout your order will be protected from damage, loss*, or theft. In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. We are excited to offer this service to you and we highly recommend you use Route package protection at checkout.
*Claims for packages marked "delivered" yet not received and where there is no evidence of “porch piracy” must be made 5 days after “delivery date” but no longer than 15 days to ensure it was not incorrectly delivered or easily found around the premises. Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.
Where do you ship? We offer free USPS shipping on all orders in the United States over $100 and free USPS shipping on international orders over $140. The customer is responsible for any shipping, import duties, taxes or any other government charges.
When will my order ship? Orders are processed within 1-2 business days unless otherwise noted. Depending upon the shipping method selected upon checkout, orders can take anywhere from 2-14 business days to arrive. Due to the ongoing global health crisis, processing and shipping times may be delayed further. Delivery times may be extended during holidays, launches/re-stocks, or promotions.
Will I receive tracking information? Orders are processed within 1-2 business days unless otherwise noted. Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirming your tracking information. If you are having problems with tracking, please email us at email@example.com.
