Job description
Procurement Coordinator:
- Managing inventory levels and purchasing all supplies and materials for our operations
- Coordinating all inventory and ensuring time delivery of materials and products
- Full ownership and management of the entire PO lifecycle
- Negotiating contracts and managing relationships with vendors, carriers, and other service providers
- Establishing and maintaining a purchasing budget
- Ensuring materials are in compliance with regulatory and cosmetic standards
- Developing, improving, and implementing processes and procedures
- Creating and maintaining various departmental reports and records
Qualifications:
- Must be based in Los Angeles, CA or within a 2 hour drive
- 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Sourcing, Procurement, or other related field
- Strong technical skills and experience with ERP software required
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, and reporting tools
- Work experience in a startup environment strongly preferred
