Sweepstakes may only be entered in or from the 50 United States and the District of Columbia and entries originating from any other jurisdiction are not eligible for entry.
1. Sponsor: The Heart of Harvest Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Le Prunier Farms, Inc. (“Le Prunier”) located at 1014 Broadway, Suite 143, Santa Monica, CA 90401.
2. Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers and directors of Le Prunier Farms, Inc. and its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, advertising and promotion agencies, manufacturers or distributors of promotion materials (collectively, “Sweepstakes Parties”), and their immediate families (parents, children, siblings, spouse) or members of the same household (whether related or not) of such employees, officers and directors are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes. You are not authorized to participate in the Sweepstakes if you are not located within the 50 United States or the District of Columbia. The Sweepstakes is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
3. Agreement to Official Rules: Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with these Official Rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein.
4. Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins on August 25, 2026 (“Start Date”) at 8:00:00 AM Pacific Time and ends on September 1, 2026 (“End Date”)at 11:59:59 PM Pacific Time (the "Entry Period"). Entries that are submitted before or after the Entry Period will be disqualified.
5. How to Enter: To enter the Sweepstakes during the Entry Period:
a) To receive a Sweepstakes entry online (“Online Entry”), visit Sponsor’s web site located at leprunier.com (“Site”) and submit your first name, last name, valid email address and mobile phone number via the entry form at https://leprunier.com/pages/heart-of-harvest-giveaway.
You must fully complete the entry form to receive an Online Entry. If you choose to enter using your mobile device, standard data fees may apply. Entrants will have the option to opt-in to receive SMS messages from Sponsor. Once an entrant submits a phone number, entrant will receive an auto-reply text to verify their phone number.
Standard text and data rates will be charged for each text message sent or received from your handset according to the terms of your carrier. Check with your wireless carrier for your handset capabilities and pricing plan details. Respond to the auto-reply sent to the mobile phone and follow the directions provided. Once completed, an auto-reply will be sent to the device to confirm your entry.
No purchase or SMS opt-in is necessary to enter or win.
Entrants will only receive one (1) Sweepstakes Entry for entering via Online Entry. Limit one (1) entry per person via this method.
b) Social Media Bonus Entries. There are two (2) ways to receive Social Media Bonus Entries:

You may only receive one (1) Instagram Bonus Entry and one (1) TikTok Bonus Entry. You must have an Instagram or TikTok account to receive Social Media Bonus Entries. Instagram and TikTok account are free. All Social Media Bonus Entries must comply with Instagram’s and TikTok’s terms and conditions (as applicable). You must make sure your Instagram or TikTok account settings are set to public in order to receive Social Media Bonus Entries.
Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may remove any Comment and disqualify an entrant from the Sweepstakes if it believes, in its sole discretion, that the entrant’s Comment contains material that is (or promotes activities which are) sexually explicit, obscene, pornographic, violent, inappropriate, discriminatory (based on race, sex, religion, natural origin, physical disability, sexual orientation or age), infringing, illegal, offensive, threatening, profane, unsafe, dangerous, harassing, or endorse any form of hate or hate group; or material that contains any derogatory or defamatory references, misrepresentations or disparaging remarks about any person or entity, including but not limited to Sponsor (all as determined in the sole and absolute discretion of Sponsor).
c) TYB Bonus Entry (1): Follow Le Prunier on TYB at http://invite.tyb.xyz/brand/le-prunier.
You must have a TYB account to receive a TYB Bonus Entry. TYB accounts are free.
Limit one (1) Online Entry, one (1) Instagram Bonus Entry, one (1) TikTok Bonus Entry and one (1) TYB Bonus Entry per person (collectively, “Entries”). If an entrant submits more than the permitted number of Entries, and/or if Le Prunier suspects that an entrant attempted to obtain additional entries by using multiple or different email addresses, registrations, identities or any other method, that entrant’s entries will be voided and that participant may be disqualified. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means and entries by any means which subvert the entry process are void. In the event of a dispute as to any account, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account holder of the email address” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization, (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder associated with the entry.
All Entries become the sole and exclusive property of the Sponsor and receipt of entries will not be acknowledged or returned. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, stolen, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, technically corrupted or garbled entries, which will be disqualified, or for problems of any kind whether mechanical, human or electronic. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor.
6. Prize: Grand Prize (1): 30ml Plum Beauty Oil ($78), Harvest Smoke Candle ($70), Organic Dried Plums ($10), and our signature Le Prunier bag ($30). Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $188.
Prizes are non-transferable. No substitutions or cash redemptions. In the case of unavailability of prize, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All taxes and unspecified expenses are the responsibility of winner.
The prize consists of only the items specifically listed as the prize in these Sweepstakes Official Rules .
7. Prize Drawing: On or about September 4, 2026, the Sponsor will select the potential winner in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The odds of being selected depend on the number of entries received. The Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winner via direct message, mobile phone and/or email on or about September 7, 2026. If the potential winner cannot be contacted within five (5) days after the date of the first attempt to contact him/her, the Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner in his/her place at random from the remaining non-winning, eligible entries.
8. Winner Notification: The potential winner will be notified by direct message, email and/or mobile phone. Each potential Grand Prize winner (parent/legal guardian if a minor in his/her state of residence) will be required to complete, electronically sign and submit a Declaration of Compliance within five (5) days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, in order to claim their prize. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, or fails to submit the Declaration of Compliance within the required time period (if applicable), or prize is returned as undeliverable, or in the event of noncompliance with these Sweepstakes rules and requirements, potential winner forfeits prize. If the potential winner is at least 18 but still considered a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian, who will be required to sign the Declaration of Compliance on the potential winner’s behalf and fulfill any other requirements imposed on winner set forth herein. Potential winners must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Only three (3) alternate drawings will be held, after which the prize will remain un-awarded. Prizes will be fulfilled approximately 4-8 weeks after the conclusion of the Sweepstakes.
9. Taxes: The winner is solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, and local taxes on the prize and may receive an IRS Form 1099 from Le Prunier.
10. General Conditions: The prize will be awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied, by Le Prunier or anyone else. No transfer, assignment, substitution or cash equivalent for the prize will be permitted, except at the sole and complete discretion of Le Prunier. Resale of the prize is prohibited. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded. In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Sweepstakes is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but not limited to fraud, virus, bug, worm, unauthorized human intervention or other technical problem, or in the event the Sweepstakes is unable to run as planned for any other reason, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either (a) suspend the Sweepstakes to address the impairment and then resume the Sweepstakes in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules or (b) terminate the Sweepstakes and, in the event of termination, award the prize at random from among the eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the impairment. The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to damage the website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages (including attorney's fees) and any other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Failure by the Sponsor to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
Participation in Sweepstakes and acceptance of prize constitutes winner’s permission for Sponsor to use his/her name, address (city and state), likeness, photograph, picture, portrait, voice, biographical information, and/or any statements made by each winner regarding the Sweepstakes or Sponsor for advertising and promotional purposes without notice or additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
11. Data Use & Privacy: Sponsor will be collecting personal data about entrants online, in accordance with its privacy policy. Please review Sponsor’s privacy policy https://leprunier.com/pages/privacy-policy. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants hereby agree to Sponsor’s collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor’s privacy policy.
12. Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, the Sweepstakes Parties, Meta/ Instagram, TikTok, and TYB and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, other companies associated with the Sweepstakes, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of the prize (including any travel or activity related thereto), including, but not limited to: (a) any technical errors associated with the Sweepstakes, including lost, interrupted or unavailable Internet Service Provider (ISP), network, server, wireless service provider, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone, cellular tower or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties; (b) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (c) mechanical, network, electronic, computer, human, printing or typographical errors; (d) application downloads, or text messages; (e) any other errors or problems in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors that may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes, the announcement of the winner, the cancellation or postponement of the event and/or the flyover, if applicable, the incorrect downloading of the application, the processing of entries application downloads or text messages, or in any Sweepstakes-related materials; or (f) injury, death, losses or damages of any kind, to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrants participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, receipt or misuse of the prize (including any travel or activity related thereto). The Released Party is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, invalid or unintelligible Entries, which will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to any Entry, the authorized account holder of the email address or mobile phone number used to enter will be deemed the entrant . Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Party’s liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Sweepstakes, and in no event shall the entrant be entitled to receive attorney's fees. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. ENTRANT WAIVES THE RIGHT TO CLAIM ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PUNITIVE, CONSEQUENTIAL, DIRECT, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES.
WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, IN NO EVENT WILL THE RELEASED PARTIES BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF ACCESS TO AND/OR USE OF ANY SITES ASSOCIATED WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES AND/OR DOWNLOADING FROM AND/OR PRINTING MATERIAL DOWNLOADED FROM ANY SITES ASSOCIATED WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES. THIS SWEEPSTAKES AND ALL PRIZES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. CHECK YOUR LOCAL LAWS FOR ANY RESTRICTIONS OR LIMITATIONS REGARDING THESE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS.
13. Disputes
The parties waive all rights to trial in any action or proceeding instituted in connection with these Official Rules, including, without limitation, the Sweepstakes. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Official Rules and/or the Sweepstakes shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis, and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. The arbitration shall be conducted in the State of California.
THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE INTERPRETATION OF ITS TERMS SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA WITHOUT REGARD TO ITS CONFLICTS OF LAWS RULES. For any matters which are not subject to arbitration as set forth in these Official Rules and/or in connection with the entering of any judgment on an arbitration award in connection with these Official Rules and/or the Sweepstakes, the parties irrevocably submit and consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in or closest to the County of Santa Monica in the State of California. The parties agree not to raise the defense of forum non conveniens.
