Job description

Procurement Coordinator:

  • Managing inventory levels and purchasing all supplies and materials for our operations
  • Coordinating all inventory and ensuring time delivery of materials and products
  • Full ownership and management of the entire PO lifecycle
  • Negotiating contracts and managing relationships with vendors, carriers, and other service providers
  • Establishing and maintaining a purchasing budget
  • Ensuring materials are in compliance with regulatory and cosmetic standards
  • Developing, improving, and implementing processes and procedures
  • Creating and maintaining various departmental reports and records

Qualifications:

  • Must be based in Los Angeles, CA or within a 2 hour drive
  • 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Sourcing, Procurement, or other related field
  • Strong technical skills and experience with ERP software required
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, and reporting tools
  • Work experience in a startup environment strongly preferred
